1. From the file menu, select identities. 2. From the resulting menu, select manage identities, and hit enter. 3. Select the identity from the list, and then tab to the properties button, and hit enter. 4. Follow the prompts in the resulting dialogue,it's self-explanatory. HTH, Richard Justice

Lisa, Sorry it has taken me a couple of days to get back to you. The, %temp% command will delete the temp files in the root directory. It doesn't remove the Windows temp files or the Internet temp files. As for the cookies, that is up to you whether you want to delete them or not. Deleting them
