Hi Anita, Are you sending your e-mails from the computer you are having the problem on? If so, does this mean that you can start Jaws with a hotkey? If you could give us a little more detail on what is going on, it would be helpful in solving the problem. If my memory is right,if you have your CD just put it into your drive,then some where you should find a repair on the cd. Just click on that. I'm not sure if it'll ask for prompts or just do it's own thing. I never had to do it for myself. I wish you luck. I don't think you need to. once you have it to start at start up you're fine. SAG Hi, I set it to automatically start. How do I put a shortcut in the start-up folder?
