Hi Anita,
Are you sending your e-mails from the computer you are having the problem 
on?
If so, does this mean that you can start Jaws with a hotkey?
If you could give us a little more detail on what is going on, it would be 
helpful in solving the problem.

This does not make any sense but this type thing seems to happen with
computers. Have you tried to run a JAWS repair or uninstall and then
reinstall the software?

If my memory is right,if you have your CD just put it into your drive,then some 
where you should find a repair on the cd.
Just click on that.
I'm not sure if it'll ask for prompts or just do it's own thing.
I never had to do it for myself.
