When I have the same problem, I tend to play the song or movie manually by using another program. After I do that, the box pops up again. Make sure when it does, and you select whichever program you want, uncheck make player the default player. Hope this help. Kind Regard Holger Fiallo -

Yep, Mike. I'm basically doing it the same way you are. The interesting thing about this is that in most forwarded emails it works, but there are some where it just won't delete these darned addresses! A student of mine brought it to my attention and I told her I'd never had the problem.

Ben, I don't think it will. It's a while since I've done this, but I have a feeling that the last authorisation number is kept in the registry, and not removed on an uninstall, so it'll use the same authorisation number unless you remove it through the tools menu. Cheers Alex -Original
