I am not familiar with this site. But if the site uses Flash for this
interface, providing improved accessibility might be relatively easy!
Unfortunately, if this is the case, it is out of your hands. Ask the site

If you think that Auto Forms in JAWS is the problem, you might want to try
turning off this feature for this application in Configuration Manager.

Hi again Donald,
I would like to amend my last post. As I stated in my last post there isn't
an auto forms toggle in the verboscity settings, but there is in the
configuration manager. My auto forms is turned off in the CFM, but still
activates itself occasionally when replying to emails.
This is a feature of Intel graphics chips, and keyboard rotation of the
screen can be disabled in Intel's graphics controller utility.

Is anyone using Bit Defender successfully with JAWS?
It's getting a very good rating, whereas AVG is not.

The reason JAWS reads it as a blank document is because whoever scanned the
document forgot to turn on the 'recognize text with OCR button. When I want
a hard copy scanned as pdf, I give my student worker the following

1. place copy on scanner
2. open Adobe Acrobat
