I use it from 2000 and it's great. But you have to install the special
optelec driver to use it with jaws8 to jaws10.

that depends on how you use iTunes. the scripts do indeed give more
information, even with JAWS10, in iTunes, than if you didn't have them.
there are more keystrokes made available in iTunes with them as well.

also, not everyone has access to jaws 10, so i would be interested to
learn too if there are any options to obtain an easier way to get itunes
to work easier, other than buying these scripts program for itunes that
is being sold.
