You can turn down the volume by going to the sounds and audio devices section on the Control Panel. When you open this up it will bring up a dialog box. By default, the master volume is displayed in your system tray. If it is not displayed there you can check this option while fixing the

Hi, try this instruction, you don't need to go to control panel. This is what I do when I want to increase or decrease my JAWS volume. While on desktop, shift tab ones, left arrow to volume, enter. Tab ones, down or up arrow to desired volume percent enter. Then just press Tab till JAWS says
