You need OCR software--OpenBook, OmniPage, Kurzweil--something like that. Then either print the document and scan it in, or use the OCR software to interpret it. If you have OpenBook 1) Open the document with Adobe. 2. Go to print in the files menu and press enter. 3. At 02:07 PM

Hi, listers. I think my problem was solved a few minutes ago when I re-installed jaws 10, this time from the disc. All is in working order. SI need to remember that uninstalling and reinstalling is a very useful action when you finally can't get anywhere with the Great Frustrator-computer.
