I have a few questions for those of you who use wireless headsets. I recently purchased a Plantronics 995 stereo headset. The sound is great, but for some reason I can't get the mic level to work. It's at 100% and people can barely hear me. I read several reviews on this product, and they all

Hi Vicky, 1. In the volume control you first go to the options menu and pick properties. 2. Then in the dialog that comes up, make sure the correct device is selected. 3. Tab to the pair of radio buttons and select adjust for recording. 4. Next tab to and press ok. 5. Then tab to the mic volume
