This file is a Microsoft Powerpoint file.
If you don't have Office installed it won't open.
If you have office installed, first save the attachment somewhere and try to
open it from within Powerpoint.

I experienced the same thing and I was able to correct it by changing the
template property of my contacts folder from Contact to All Items. To
do this, go to your contacts folder properties, then to customize tav then
tab once then change use this template as contact to all items then

I had used SuperAntiSpyware until recently. The problem I had was that even
on a very new duo-core processor with lots of ram it maxed out the Cpu at
times and significantly slowed down the opening of many programs.

Hi Tim,
I press F2, to edit my mp3 file name and typed in the title of a track only.
But when the cursor is on that file, JAWS still reads the track information
such as: track number, album and artist.
Any suggestion please on where to find and delete these information?
