Dear List,
I have been reading through a rather large document in .mht format. I am
having trouble keeping my permanent place markers. After adding a few, they
randomly disappear from the list created by ctrl-shift-K. I am anchoring
them to text. Is there a problem with creating permanent place
I hear Microsoft has redesigned it so that JAWS 10 no longer can see it.
It will just say fail to bring up the task tray icons or something to
that affect. I use JAWS 11 so don't have this problem.

Hi Chris,
It depends on how much disk space is on the computer. Many computers
are running over a hundred giga bytes these days and if this is the case,
JAWS will hardly be noticed. On the other hand if you are running a twenty

no problem I have it anyway so will just enjoy the challenge. The
desktop has a 80GB hard drive as it's a five or six year old computer.

I have been very satisfied with Netflix and their customer service. I
called once or twice and they were very helpful. My rep told me the same
thing, but she was very nice about it and didn't try to blow me off. I did
just what you said, I let the movie play until the end, and then was able
