Go to the Uak, and turn the security bar down to lowest. I know those alerts are a hassle, but if you decide to do this, just know that with those security alerts set to low, you are potentially taking away one of Win 7's abilities to protect your computer. See

I use XP and Microsoft Word 2007. I was unsure if the sounds would work with 2007 or if there was a specific link for 2007. I recieved notification that the Microsoft Word link for 2003 sounds would worrk with 2007. I installed and now have the sounds I had been searching for since I got 2007.
