I am quite sure that if you turn off the mixed case processing that your
SayAll will work the way you want. Use JAWS key 6 to bring up the
configuration manager. If you want the change as default for all
applications then load the default configuration manager by using
CTRL+Shift+D.
I think you may need to download the free Allot toolbar there for that
to happen, unfortunately. (This could get in the way of JAWS reading
anyway.)
