The problem I think your having is the preview pain. Turn it off, do alt V then the leters p and n, then arrow down to off. I'm using a mac now, and it's been about 2 weeks since I've used outlook, but I'm pretty sure this is how you do it. I love my mac, but I miss outlook bad! Kliphton SR (

Hi I know JAWS key+F gives Font Size and style. JAWS key+5 gives colour of the selected word. Is there a similar one to read the colour of the background or for a cell in Excel ? I need to know the colour to know if the task I'm given to do is "Pending", "Cancelled" and so on. Thank you. Regard
