Check the navigation pain and make sure its set to normal and the reading
pain is off. Both options can be found under the view ribbon.

then the leters p and n, then arrow down to off. I'm using a mac now, and it's
been about 2 weeks since I've used outlook, but I'm pretty sure this is how you

I know JAWS key+F gives Font Size and style. JAWS key+5 gives colour
of the selected word.
Is there a similar one to read the colour of the background or for a
cell in Excel ? I need to know the colour to know if the task I'm
given to do is "Pending", "Cancelled" and so on.
