Ok, here is what I learned. I went from Office 2000 to

Arrow down to the Edit menu, press the right arrow.
Arrow down to select all and press Enter.
Press Alt-Spacebar and arrow down to the edit menu and press the right

Tom,
In the, there's a million ways to do anything in Windows, category, here
is another way to do what you want.
Once you are in the command prompt, pipe the output of any command to a
file, then you can open the file with notepad, or whatever you want. For
example.
Geo,
I did that and then closed internet explorer 9 and reopen it and it still
says html tab.

Hi Kimmie:
To prevent the Tab and other keys from repeating when you press them, do the
following:
1. Press Insert+J to activate the JAWS window.
2. Go to the Settings Centre in the Utilities menu.
3. Under User, uncheck the Key Repeat checkbox and press Enter to exit the
Settings Centre.
4.
I've tried both of those. You are right that sometimes it corrects the
problems, but with a few stubborn files, it's still just gibberish.
And in some cases, JAWS can't see the text at all, even though it's real
text, not an image, and even though sighted readers see it just fine.

as Jaws 13 uses up my last SMA I will not be renewing them. I am
intending to move to an iMack over the next few months. I have been

I would like to thank every one who has answered my questions
Good luck with the mac, but have a squiz and NVDA if you need to use a PC.
I wasn't real keen on it to start but it's starting to get it's act
