It has happened to me as well. I just keep the activation key around, and
copy and paste it into the activation box when it happens.

In Itunes, to fast forward and rewind through a file that is playing you
hit control+alt+left or right arrow, depending on which way you want to
go. Only problem is it conflicts with the jaws keystroke
When this happens the first thing you should do is reboot the computer. This
will often correct the problem.

I have two machines both running Jaws 13.
When I started one of them up this morning, I was running Jaws in 40 minute
demo mode, so I had to activate Jaws again.
The other laptop has been absolutely fine. I've not had to reactivate Jaws
on that machine at all.
