What I did was copy out the INI file after also copying the location from
the address bar at the top of the screen. Then I created an HTML file with a

You may try turning off the reading pane in view.
Here's how in outlook 2010.
With outlook 2010 open.
Press ALT.
This takes me to the home tab.
Arrow right to the view tab.
Tab down a few times to the reading pane button.
Press enter on the reading pane button.
Here you will see, right pane
