I am using my netbook backup pc running jaws v13, xp and outlook 2007.
My emails seem to disappear from the inbox even if I don't hit the
delete key. Also, these emails are not showing up in the trash or junk
folder. This is baffling.

Can anyone assist me with inserting headers into a Microsoft Word 2010
document? I am using Windows 8 and JAWS 14 latest version. I get as far as
typing in my information and then I route Jaws to PC to scroll up and see if

There are two ways to do this. If you are using Google Aps, there is a
Google Sync program you can download from Google which sincs up both your
Google mail and your calendar. Its kind of hard to do though, so if you
aren't using Google Aps professionally, the second option is probably
better.

the email, then you can go down to the delete button and it deletes it. But
if you want to delete a lot, like in your spam folder, it is a pain. I also
thought insert f7 was for the links, which it is, not f8. Let us know if

Hi,
I am using Windows 8 and JAWS 14. I just opened Windows Explorer. I could
not focus on the list of files. When I tabbed to the list and pressed up
and down arrows, JAWS said nothing. JAWS was reporting the progress of a
status bar that was making slow progress. I have no idea what it was
I want to know how do you set a gmail account with outlook 2010. I have
Verizon as my provider any suggestions would be helpful. I have heard that
gmail and outlook email did not play nice in the pass.
