I want to customize punctuation for a specific application. I know I can
use jawskey+v and go to punctuation and make this change but it only changes
it temporarily. If I go into the jaws settings for the application it
states that customizing punctuation can only be done in jaws default and
I think there is confusion between the two cases of lists and documents.
In the case of a list, where multiple items can be selected, to select from the
current item to the start of the list, press shift+home. Similarly to select
from the current item to the end, press shift+end.

Hi George,
Try the following:
1. Open IE, press, Alt + T, for Tools, press the letter, O, for options,
control + tab to the Content tab.
2. Tab to, Auto Complete Settings, press the spacebar to open. Here you
will have various checkboxes to check or uncheck depending on what you want

I just bought a brand new machine, it’s a hewlett packard! it has windows 8.1,
and I don’t recommend AVG, because it messes up your system restore feature, I
had to refresh my PC in PC settings, and restore it back to factory defaults!
AVG works well with jaws, accept it messes up your system.
Some web sites may choose not to allow a remember me selection. You would
have to enter your data each time you are accessing that site. It is up to
the web designer weather or not to allow a remember me choice.

yeah, for me, that's the whole idea. I don't want any web site remembering
my info, and for sure, not the password.

Kimsan,
I will practice some more and will get it eventually.
It did make sense, if you start from a 'Period' , then press shift + home,
then from a blank line or space.
If, it does not work, I'll bee BACK!
Maybe, then it will copy paste.
Sorry, I think I didn't perform your steps correctly,
Is their anyone who could tell me how to configure scheduled scanning with

I'm not writing you directly, as your post went to the list just as mine
right now.
I have learned not to trust the direct reply keystroke as it got me in
trouble here and on other lists.
CTRL spacebar stated unselected, because keep in mind what ever you are
focused on is already selected.
I know its recommended to create a text file with your passwords, but I
always forget my darn passwords, which is why I elect it to remember the
passwords for me.

It's in the Home tab in the ribbon menus. Tab down until you find the Fonts
area and you should see Font Size, Font Color, and just Font, which is where
you can select from the different fonts.

Attached is a set of instructions to turn off the Save Password feature in
IE 11. There are 2 options, One is for the desktop app and the other, the
metro app in Windows 8.1. I have not tried this, but it sounds like it will
work. Let me kno, and good luck.

Hi Mike,
I have already gotten the instructions for doing this, but I thank you just
the same.
By the way, just for future reference, this list does not allow attachments.
