Hi, To uninstall JAWS 16, Press Ctrl + X and go to programs and features. Press F until you hear Freedom Scientific, and arrow to Freedom Scientific JAWS 16. Press enter on that and you will get a dialog to uninstall JAWS 16. You should keep all the user settings and all. Just do the uninstall
