Hi hims Braille is the correct one. Have you been through the Add Braille Display dialog and added Hims Braille? The message you are getting should disappear once everything is added and connected. To stop the message appearing, go to Jaws then Options then Braille and uncheck the box labelled

Tom, I don't think it matters. Some versions after 12, FS changed the meaning of "home" and "pro" so that "pro" refers only to office and (I assume) school settings. Also, if you're jumping from 12 to 17, FS is going to penalize you in some way for not having purchased SMAs. I suggest you call
