From what I have read writing scripts is the same no matter what
version of Jaws you are running. On 9/22/2017 6:47 PM, Mike B. wrote:

Actually, the latest version of JAWS works quite well with OE but you will
need to label the graphics in the message list, i. e. read/unread,
attachment, etc.

Hi Loy,
Using Jaws 16 with OE will probably give you your best results because they
stripped out all OE scripts with the later versions of Jaws.

Yeah, it's been out for probably four years from the website

I don't know if the whitestick site uses that same program, if it does, I
wonder if it is pirated. The RunAsXp site had a nominal charge for their
version of OE which I've used for the past three years.

I disagree. There is alot that goes on in the bios and this is specific
to each brand. also choices in hardware can make a big difference in how
well a system works. Otherwise you would just buy the cheapest one you
could find and it would be fine.

In msconfig under the boot tab is the option to remove any other OS's if
any from the boot manager. The timeout wont allow anything less than 3

Hi Jerry,
Let's say that you're running the latest version / build of Jaws 17, which
is, J17.0.2729enu-x64. The version is 17, & the build is, .0.2729, the X64
is for a 64 bit system, if it says X86, that would mean it's for a 32 bit
system. If you have Jaws running from the system tray

Perhaps you are running a somewhat older JAWS build. Try downloading the
latest build for your JAWS version (16 or newer, because earlier ones
aren't compatible with Windows 10 at all) to see if the problem is fixed.
Hope it helps!

Hi.
If you're interested in throwing money at a problem like this, a solid

to be more efficient is the key, but the challenge is knowing just what
is being inefficient about it. Some computers have a boot selection menu
