Kurt, let it complete the format processing, i.e., wait until JAWS stops announcing percentage progress, then press the alt key to open the file menu. Arrow down a few times until you hear "Save as." That will enable you to download and save the file. -Original Message- From:

NO need to be quite so cynical, Dave!! Each version (as opposed to update) does introduce a new feature of some kind. For example, 2018 dramatically improves the installation process, gives greater range for OCR, and so on. That said, JAWS 2018 doesn't work as well for me with IE11 and Outlook
