Hi, I am running JAWS 18 professional on a windows 10 machine at work and on
a windows 10 machine at home, both 64-bit.When I tgo tto check for
updates in the Jaws software, this option is greyed out on both machines.
I phoned Sight and Sound and was told that this was due to a firewall
these should have been fixes rather than upgrades; just
shows how my expectations have become lowered...

Hi folks, I need to transfer my JFW settings from one computer to another, in
particular, bookmarks for IE and pronunciation dictionaries. I've visited JFW
help but can't find the info, does anyone know how it's done please?

explain the issue in email programs as well because JFW is doing a fair bit

It's just a thought I'm not sure how to fix it...

using IE 8 where, apparently at
random, both the alt + left cursor and the backspace key refuse to execute a
back command to the previous webpage, the only solution being to go into the
IE menus and select it from there. This may, however, be an IE problem...

Yes, it is somewhat accessible. I think from the little I've experienced
it, it might be easier to use

then entering the letter m directly after it - that works every time for me.
What version of Word are you using?
