Yes, I have run into similar problems. My set up is the same as yours. I have found switching between JAWS 14 and 15 ...trying to find a happy medium, has been my go to plan. At least, I have gotten it to play. Maybe it will just take finding the sweet spot to get to it to work correctly. C
