Tom, Using JAWS 14, I E 11 and WIN/7, I was able to successfully navigate the web site. As stated in a prior message, when selecting a link, the edit function or forms field is announced quickly. It does not, however, prevent you from continuing to the next page.
Being an avid internet user, the layout of this site was quite unusual; I have never encountered a site quite like this one. I do hope you can get your problem resolved. It looks as though, your college has an active sports department.
