To install your Jaws scripts manually, first copy the scripts you want to
install to the clipboard.
Next go to the start menu, program files, Jaws 8, Explore Jaws , then to

Most Inspiron Dell laptops have a function key that will turn your sound

should be located next to your left control key. This is a toggle command.

Now do a control s to save and alt f4 to close.
Now you can go to your Jaws window, insert J, go to options and to voices.
Here you can select the voice for your sapi 5 synsethizer.

While on the page you want to send, do an alt f for file and the letter e
for send.
Arrow down to, link by email and press enter.
This will open your default email client and just send it as you normally
would.

Is this rule you have set up for an email list?
If so, does it happen for every email you receive from that list, or just
some?

I didn't hear a sound in the message here.
Could it be that you have somehow assigned a sound in the Jaws dictionary
manager for that word?

Did you make sure your display settings are correct? If so, to uninstall
the video drivers, go to control panel.
Then go to system.
Control tab to hardware.
Tab to, device manager and press enter.
Tab one time to your list of devices and type the letter d for display
adapters.
Right arrow once
