Is there anything specific that you love about it?
I hear that the hardware detection is really good and it seems very quick

The biggest difference for all is no start menu. There maybe other things,
but as I really don't remember XP I will reserve my statements on those.

What do you find missing? I find that there should be more detail for
Windows 8. The FS cast was even kind of disappointing to be really honest. I
was expecting one like the Vista one since Win 8 is so new and tahere is so
much average Joe shmoe might not know about. It was good though but I
Hi Eric, have you guys tried JAWS 14 with the demo of Office 2013? I will
when I upgrade to Win 8, but I just wandered if you guys had beat me to it.

From what I've heard, it depends on your luck. Yeah, it does kind of work
for some, then again, I've heard it didn't work too well for others. I'm on
the blind windows 8 list so, I've been reading things. So yeah, I guess like

Hi guys. I could have sworn there was a key stroke to select a paragraph
with JAWS. Is it just me, or was there really one?

But if you want to be really safe, than that might just be the way to go for

If you can talk to who ever is sending you these files, if I were you, I'd
ask them if they'd be so kind as to save them as DOC files Vs DOCX files.
They can do it, they might just not realize you have an older version of
office. Then you save the trouble of installing something you won't really
Rick harmon got it to kind of work by running it as admin for installation.

I wander about duel booting a laptop too all though the process shouldn't be
all that different now you talk about the process right? The only thing is
that there's no beap which means the PC has finished testing it self and is
ready to go. I learned this from a New Egg video on You Tube on

what hardware the transcription service might supply, but you
probably want to get an extra soundcard so you can keep the
transcription on your headset and Jaws in another channel.
