Good morning folks, if anyone could help. I am using Windows 7, I am
getting a message that says Windows Explorer has stopped working. I can not
get to any of my documents, while up and down arrowing it will say some of
the documents that are in the document list and then it will stop working.
Windows Media Player 12 Stinks, uninstall 12 and download 11 again.

Good morning: first of all you must upgrade to "Jaws" 10 in order for you to
be able to use IE 8.
all your troubles will go away.
"Jaws" 7.1 does not support IE 8. Good luck.

What has Google done?
Yes you have to do that every time you go to Google. "There does not seem
to be a way to turn it off perminently.

Enter the systems tray by incert F 11.
Yes: just goe to the systems tray hit V for volume, then tap enter tab once
it will say volume up down slider. Now hit home to turn it up or end key.
That will lower the volume. If you want rase or lower by smaller inkerments
use your arrow keys. Hope this

Sorry Chris it seems that we all are dealing with the same thing, no matter
what version we all have. I have sent out an e/mail asking for someone to
get Brian Hartgent's e/mail.
I would love to talk to him regarding this issue, seeing that he did the
tutorial for Windows Messenger.
Until then I

I guess there is no one out there who can figure this out.
If anyone knows Brian Hartgent's e/mail address send it to me, or please

I understand it has been a drag. It just won't work no matter what.
I did try the Verbosity and it is enabled, it still won't work.

Your right, I have had nothing but problems. I have also lost the clicking
sound and can't get it back.
By the way control shift F 12 does not work to reactivate the sound.

All you have to do is goe to the Jaws help by bringing your Jaws in to
folcus, then tap F1 and listen for your help to come up.
You then tap the first tap the letter U and it will take you to Using
Internet with Jaws.
