You have several options; the best option is to scan it using either
Kurzweil or Open Book. If you don't have either

What we have been doing and it is on my accomodation plan is the
instructors have been having to convert the Powerpoint into a readable
format. My Spanish instructor last semester I believe saved the
Powerpoints going through the save as option
