Complex combo boxes require the key combination of alt plus down arrow to
open them and then the up and down arrow keys will work. If you are using
JAWS that is.
I know IE
ALT-down arrow is list box mode for combo boxes. Just can't figure out why
jaws will read the combo boxes with Fire Fox however, not with IE10.

Perhaps you are right about Jaws not being able to read the Airtran check-in
web page correctly. Because Jaws works as it should when I read a combo box

Nope. INS+ESCAPE still doesn't work for this particular web page. Still
doesn't read the original city combo box.

None its a jaws thing and just might be with how jaws does that site.
IE is not a screen reader its a browser and all it does is show web pages.
