Question #2. I noticed in the Add And Remove Programs section of my Control
Panel, I have Service
Pack 1 and also Service Pack 2. Should I uninstall Service Pack 1, or is

windows update and see if you can get all the updates you can without
starting sp3. Then once that is over try sp3 again, and get it from
