Hi, some one else may have to chime in here but I believe choosing the final
mark up gives you just the final document. I have not actually used it but I
believe that is what it does. It can be found under the review tab and then
look for tracking.

I actually found the options for dealing with track changes under the review
tab, not the view tab, but when I located the final markup option, I
couldn't get it to work. I tried hitting enter and also the space bar, with

As a quick update, I went back into the review tab, and found the track
changes option. I discovered that if I use the control shift E key command,
you can toggle track changes on or off. In my case, of course, I toggled to
off, and the track changes disappeared.
