I absolutely loath outlook 2010. I should have stuck with outlook express,
and stayed with xp, even though the support for xp is either gone or going

There is a DAISY book called The Virtual Ribbon Feature which you can find
if you look in Training under the Help Menu. It would be worth listening to
that I think.

I'm kind of feeling the same way. Outlook express on windows xp seemed a lot
more straight-forward and efficient, especially because I'm not required to
use a lot of complex functionality. I'll see how windows live mail goes.
