Same results. The settings are just not saving. I think I am going to

to reinstal JAWS 11 or download a copy of the latest build and do a
repair
to see if that works.

I tried this. It is like the changes I make are not saving. After I
check all the checkboxes and hhit ok to get out, then go back in the
checkboxes are unchecked again. I am not sure what is going on.

now, just go through the various screens.

Try updating the latest update for version 11 thru the help menu, this
worked for me to solve a problem I was having.
