First of all, thanks for all of the tips on my issue in O E and not being able
to copy a message after I updated the JAWS 14.
I have found that, if I am in a message and hit control A to select then
Control C, or even arrow down in the menu bar to copy, I am not able to do this.

I don't know if this will help, since I think it is only occurring in OE.
I've seen other computers where control-a wouldn't work and it was linked
to the folder view settings.
