wondered about switching to IE 9. Is there any advantage to switching, and
what do I need to know that is different than IE 8? I'm sure this has been

Perhaps you can tell us the steps you take?
As for downloading a book,
When you enter on the download button, just press alt+s to save,
It then will download into your default folder
