Hi Lisa,
It is saying that because it is set to collapse the messages that there are
more than
one of, with the same subject line. I have been meaning to ask someone how to
get my
Windows Mail to do that on a new computer with Vista

I tried to set my groups by conversations checked but can't find it.
What I did was hit the insert v , what I get is about 49 different things.
Nothing says anything about view .

Hi John.
The command is alt+V for the view menu, then click on the item that says
current view. Arrow up once to find the group by conversation item.
