I went to the programs, page, and, downloaded the booksplit program.
however, when, I try to install, I receive the following error. I've tried
downloading this program twice, and encounter the same error.
the error is as follows.

As the error message states, it's possible that this file, comdlg32.ocx,
is not properly registered on your system. To re-register comdlg32.ocx,
do the following:
1. Open the run dialogue with Windows R
2. Type, as shown:
regsvr32 comdlg32.ocx
and press enter.
3. If all goes well, you'll receive
