[JAWS-Users] collapsed messages in outlook express

I don't know what I did. Earlier today I checked email and everything was normal. I powered down the computer for about two hours. When started it up I now hear collapsed before unread. When I delete I receive a warning that parts of the conversation will be deleted. Any idea how to correct
