That is not a JAWS option, that is an option in Outlook to remove extra
line breaks in emails.
I don't use Outlook any more so I can't give you step by step
directions, but if you go into Outlook's options and explore, you'll
find an option that says something like remove extra
. If it is
checked, press space to uncheck it. Then tab to the OK button and press
enter to close Quick Settings.

I just updated to jaws 18 on a windows 10, and I have MS 2010.
Every time I open up an email in outlook jaws says
Extra line breaks in this message has been removed.
How can I stop it from saying that?
