Here are two possibilities for you. The first one seems to work most of the
time.
1. Open Control Pannel.
2. Open Power Options.
3. You will see Require a Password on wake up.
4. In this area, check the box for Do not require a password.
5. Save

5. Click on Apply.
6. Enter your users name and password.
7. Click on OK, then on OK once again.
