I have JAWS 15, latest update.. W8, Outlook 13 and not sure where but seems
in an update over the past year PDF does not read as it once did.
Is this a solution? Or something different?

I've downloaded the OCR component, yet I'm getting the same error message
OCR component is not installed even though it's among the installed apps.
