In outlook 2016, if you tab through the inbox, you will get to a button that allows you to change what messages are displayed. Here, you can choose to see all mail, or just unread mail, etc. There is also an option here to sort mail by date, subject, etc. directly below this sort mail option is

Possibly, if you look at the file info and see the date it was created. My guess is you are looking at your "Recent Files" list in Word, that you don't actually have two documents of the same name because the file system on your computer wouldn't allow two documents of the same name to exist

Good idea. I will rename the flash drive version. The command alt-enter gave me dates and that was a help. There are times that I do a search in my computer and find a doc but I don't know what folder it came from, especially if it is old. Having the path would be a help in that case. Wayne

It is possible to get speech support in safe mode, but it was something I meant to look into and never did. I got the impression it's much easier to do with nVDA than with JAWS. I think there are instructions on the web somewhere. The short answer would probably be, if you just want to get it done
