I believe if you simply tap the F6 key, while in the main document you, you will be placed on a location where you can disable protected field. That's what I had to do with some of my university of Phoenix books in order to read them withdraws hopefully this helps Michael I work from home,

David, it comes through Microsoft.com etc. I used it myself to uninstall office Starter edition so as to install the 2010 Student edition after i (accidentally) uninstalled the ClickToRun.exe file. it is very much a troubleshooter, so you wouldn't use it unless all other avenues had been
