No, you can be doing something while the scan runs, but you might limit it to just one or two programs open at one time. Depending on how much memory (RAM) your computer has, you should be OK running at least one program while the scan runs at the same time. Mike mike@comcast.net

If the scanner finds nothing, it will tell you, and there is nothing to worry about. If the scanner found corruptions and could fix them, it would have reported that it did so. If it had found corruptions that it could not fix, then it would be up to you to either run a repair on Windows, or
