Hi Lenny. Try this: Press ctrl+3 to get to the contact's tab, and press shift+tab once, and arrow down to the category you have the specefied contact added to, and press enter. Arrow down to the contact you want to remove, and press the context menu button, and select remove, press enter.

No, you aren't entirely wrong. The thing people have to watch out for are the various and confusingly-named versions Microsoft has out there for Office. The Home and Student editions do not contain Outlook. Home and Business 2016 does contain Outlook; as of course does the Pro version.

I don't think Skype Talking exists as such anymore, but I did have it installed before. I think it is now part of Skype itself, but I am not sure, I just know my Skype is up-to-date, I use Win 10 and Jaws 17 and my Skype announces when someone goes online. Humberto Humberto Rodriguez Fort

It's very strange. I tried to uninstall and reinstall with no luck. I've checked that all the settings are as I have them setup with skype on my vista machine. I can hear notifications when I have NVDA on. Which makes me wonder more. Thanks for the reply. Listen To The NHL:
