hi, whenever you install a new version of Jaws, or whatever version of Jaws you are reinstalling, do you uninstall the previous versions of Jaws before you install a newer copy of Jaws? I usually like to uninstall Jaws when I'm either upgrading to a new version, or just doing a clean install.
