hmmm, if you place firefox on the server I may give your version a
try, the one I am using at this time has a very anoying problem in
that everytime I go to sendspace to the download page of a file, i
get the one mmoment screen and i have a pop-up of mediakey or another
page that I have to always dismiss before I can continue with my
download process. May give chrome a try again also in hopes of
getting rid of this anoyance, lol!

a bad choice on my part or not.

Hello,

I made reference to this question in another e-mail, but I am wondering if

others are experiencing this.

I am using IE 11 on a Toshiba laptop with Windows 10 creator edition.
Even before that, though, IE seems to get hung up often when trying to
load. All of a sudden I lose either speech, or the web page won't resolve

itself, then I get some kind of problem message with IE that differs
slightly from one incident to another, with the final announcement that IE

is closing.
Sometimes closing the program puts me where I want to be on the site in
the first place, but not always.

Are there any helps for this? IS this the way IE interfaces with Jaws, or

is this just IE not getting support?

Thanks for your help.

That's good to know. It's beneficial for us to try out this software from

doesn't. If nobody gives feedback, I imagine nothing will ever get done.

I am using IE 11 on a Toshiba laptop with Windows 10 creator edition.
Even before that, though, IE seems to get hung up often when trying to

is closing.
Sometimes closing the program puts me where I want to be on the site in

Are there any helps for this? IS this the way IE interfaces with Jaws, or

is this just IE not getting support?

Thanks for your help.

Increasing frustrations with Internet Explorer are leading me to think about
giving Chrome a try.

I'm interested in hearing more detail about this tutorial.

General information about how much of a learning curve to expect using JAWS
and Chrome would be great. I hope there are menus that one can navigate
using the ALT key and ARROW keys. I am aware there may be certain JAWS
settings for Chrome too.

Thanks very much!

For those who kept Win7, as I was strongly urged to by an expert in the
field, IE11 still works well.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Anoying Internet Explorer.

Hello,

I made reference to this question in another e-mail, but I am wondering if
others are experiencing this.

I am using IE 11 on a Toshiba laptop with Windows 10 creator edition. Even
before that, though, IE seems to get hung up often when trying to load. All
of a sudden I lose either speech, or the web page won't resolve itself, then
I get some kind of problem message with IE that differs slightly from one
incident to another, with the final announcement that IE is closing.
Sometimes closing the program puts me where I want to be on the site in the
first place, but not always.

Are there any helps for this? IS this the way IE interfaces with Jaws, or
is this just IE not getting support?

Thanks for your help.

Judy

I agree! But Chrome also works well with Win 7.
