I'm working in a 2010 spread sheet, and I want to change the dollar sign, so
it would read5dollars and 15 cents.
Where is that in the ribbons?
In 2003 menu it is in
format then cells

Not exactly the answer you want, but you can still do ctrl-1 which gets
you directly to the format cells dialog.
