Sorry if my previous message was not clear.
I want to go to control panel accessibility option.
I pressed start menu, then S for settings, pressed enter and pressed C for
control panel.
I pressed down arrow, tab
Another question, Did you hit enter when you got to Control Panel?

I think you are looking for the Ease of Access Center control panel. A
shortcut for this control panel is holding down the Windows key and
pressing the u key.
